RevenueGuard provides creator revenue-management software for tracking brand deals, invoices, contract terms, usage rights, evidence, and related workflow information. This policy explains how RevenueGuard collects, uses, and protects information when you use revenueguardhq.com and the RevenueGuard service.

Files and content you provide. If you upload a contract or other file for analysis, RevenueGuard processes the file and extracted text to provide the requested feature.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. RevenueGuard receives subscription and transaction-related information from Stripe, but does not store your full card number or card security code.

Support information. If you contact support, we collect the information you submit, including your name, email address, topic, and message.

Technical information. We may process basic request, session, security, device, browser, and diagnostic information needed to operate and protect the service.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide and secure RevenueGuard, authenticate users, process subscriptions, operate deal and contract features, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, maintain records, improve reliability, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. Payments and service providers

RevenueGuard relies on third-party service providers for functions such as payment processing, hosting, databases, infrastructure, and security. These providers may process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy practices. Stripe processes payment information and subscription billing.
